The only limitation will be the number of unique Emoji Profiles (limit 4) you will be allowed to have simultaneously active. With a small one-time fee of $2.99 USD you will be able to create and have active an unlimited number of Emoji Profiles.

Emoji Profiles are at the core of Emoji Journal and represent the various parts/emotions you are journaling from. Many will find the limit of 4 satisfactory.
